Electronic Medical Record
Our practice utilizes the GE Centricity® electronic medical record application for all documentation. The medical record (chart notes) are produced at the time of the patient visit and are available to the patient at the time of the visit or shortly thereafter. Internet content, including sources from the National Library of Medicine, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, INOVA Fairfax Hospital Medical Library, Johns Hopkins Welch Library, and other reliable internet resources, are often integrated into the patient record.
